WASARA exhibited at Gulfhost 2024.
GulfHost 2024 was held from 5-7th November at the Dubai World Trade Centre as a transformative event for the global hospitality, HoReCa, and foodservice industries. WASARA ran a booth at the exhibition.
More than 2,500 buyers from over 150 countries and regions participated, and more than 350 exhibitors exhibited new food technologies. At the booth, Ricca Fukuda's Wooden Food was exhibited and we promoted the products of WASARA overseas.
eatrip soil and Garden / Touching the soil in the middle of the city
At “eatrip and soil,” a grocery shop located on the 4th floor of GYRE Omotesando, a variety of carefully selected items are available, including local ingredients and kitchen goods chosen by chef Yuri Nomura, as well as fresh produce and seasonings gathered from producers across Japan.
On the terrace rooftop garden, you’ll find a small farm and composting area used by the restaurant on the same floor. Despite being in the heart of Tokyo, herbs and vegetables thrive there.
