WASARA takes part in the new project "Hashiru Nippon-Ichi", held by Sanyo Shinkansen to celebrate its 40 years since the entire the line fully opened. It is a community-based project that allows you to purchase "special souvenirs", made in collaboration with craft manufacturing companies found along JR West lines, inside a Sanyo Shinkansen carriage. As one of those "special souvenirs", the branded WASARA Choko and DASSAI, one of the most famous Japanese Sake brands, made a special collaboration during the project.

The beautifully decorated natural-handmade desserts with WASARA is offering by "Sobok" in Seoul. Sobok makes healthy dessert flavored with natural ingredients, without adding synthetic additives. As it says "all food, flowers, paper bowls are natural materials from the ground".
WASARA perfectly fits their beautiful concept, as is made from tree-free materials, bagasse (sugarcane waste) and bamboo, and fully biodegradable & compostable.
WASARA was nominated for "Cultural and Creative Award" during CREATIVE EXPO TAIWAN (April 29 - May 4), and won "Cultural and Creative Award - Experts Recommendations", the most favorite product by one of the juries, the chief editor of ELLE Taiwan. The award started to construct "Chinese exquisite lifestyle" and now it becomes the crucial indicators for the professional buyers and visitors.
WASARA is pleased to be the main tableware for The Terrace Menu of "L'ART ET MIKUNI" produced by Kiyomi Mikuni, one of the most respected French chefs in Japan.
The Terrace is open for an only limited time of the year, offering the special menu with WASARA. The restaurant is located at The National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo near the Imperial Palace in the center of Tokyo.
At the museum, the exhibition of Kataoka Tamako: The 110th Anniversary of Her Birth is being held now as one of the most expected exhibitions of this year. As the theme of L'ART ET MIKUNI, "Art and Gourmet", this is the perfect occasion for WASARA to be.

WASARA x Le Jardin de Tweed - "GINZA Box" [PDF]
The CHANEL GINZA BUILDING roof top terrace "Le Jardin de Tweed" offers a special menu "GINZA box" (produced by Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo) in an original box, with WASARA tableware.
This year, the beautiful box is patterned with pink beige tweed, made with bagasse (sugarcane waste) , same as WASARA tableware and designed by Shinichiro Ogata, WASARA's creative director.
